Hand Wedding

I had the great pleasure of photographing Mr and Mrs Hand! They are a very happy couple who have a very beautiful love for each other. This was a very special wedding for me because it was my first to photograph. I was nervous and very excited at the same time. God truly helped me to capture some very good shots of this lovely couple. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to capture there very beautiful wedding. Happy St. Patricks Day

Happy St. Patricks Day Everyone! So today we are to wear green or we will be pinched, but does anyone really know why? I wore green and so did my son. I sure did not want to come home with bruises like I did in school that year I forgot to wear green. Well, I did a little research and here is why we will get pinched. Ok so here is the thing, the people in Ireland think we are crazy! They don't even celebrate this day like we do. We always take things and make them bigger then they need to be (an excuse to drink {green} Beer). We came up with the pinch thing because we heard if we wear green on this day we will blend in with the leprechauns and if you DON'T wear green the Leprechauns will see you and pinch you. We are weirdos! LOL Oh well either way it has become yet another fun holiday for us Americans! Here is a fun picture of my son this morning dressed in Green so the mean ole' Leprechauns don't pinch him :)

Starting a new year

2010...Here I come! I am ready to take this year on and learn all sorts of new things. God has blessed me already with some great knowledge. I love love love taking pictures and this year is going to be my year. I am already planning mini Easter sessions with bunnies or sheep...some kind of fun live animal for the Children. We will be shooting at this really fun place in Guntersville called Oodles of Doodles. It will be a great fun time so be getting ready to book your spot now. Also I would love to do Beach pictures of your families and Children so be looking for those posts as well. Again I am ready to take YOUR pictures! I hope everyone has a very blessed New Year!
